Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will give you total command over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can redirect e-mail messages from one mailbox account to another, activate email filters, create autoresponders and defend your mailbox accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just choose the e-mail account you would like to forward mails from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the email client of your liking to access your e-mail boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
